Jumping into an ice bath, also known as a cold plunge, for a few short minutes post-exercise can aid recovery, boost your mental and physical health, and set up your entire day for success.

Professional and everyday athletes have long known that shocking the body with low temperatures wakes the metabolism, reduces inflammation, improves skin appearance and aids weight loss.

Happily, ice baths also boost our “feel-good” hormone dopamine, making us feel sharp and alert, ready to either tackle the day or get a restful night’s sleep.

I'VE NEVER DONE A COLD PLUNGE / ICE BATH

Our trained coaches will guide you through your first few Ice Bath sessions to get you comfortable and familiar with the process and to ensure your breath and posture is monitored for optimal results. The goal is to get you mentally strong enough to endure your Ice Bath sessions without guidance, utilising your intrinsic mental and physical endurance which translates to mental endurance in your daily life.
